About Us
Our club was founded in 1987 during an awakening of international awareness on the Bentley University campus in Waltham, Massachusetts. Since our founding, we have evolved into a club that focuses on spreading the Model UN experience to as many students as physically possible.
How do we do this? We take advantage of the opportunity to expose and teach Model UN to as many students as possible at the college, high school, and middle school levels. Each year, we host both a high school and middle school conference on campus; focusing on teaching delegates Model UN, global relations, negotiation, and compromise, rather than creating an environment of competition. We also spread Model UN throughout the Bentley campus to our college peers by hosting "Internal Conferences" focused on training delegates in Model UN skills, attending various College Conferences across the nation, and planning events related to the UN and global awareness.
